Tour of the Catuogno Court Reporting Offices - by Diane Musa
Recently, Ray Catuogno took 3 of our Springfield Catuogno Court Reporting employees on a tour of our new offices. In attendance, was our beloved Diane Musa. Diane is the Scheduling Manager for all of our court reporters, depositions, and Lawyer's Conference Center appointments in all 5 of our office locations. Diane wrote about her experience and we thought it would be something you all would enjoy!
Ray invited some of us on a day trip to visit our other offices, so on November 12th we met Ray in Ludlow @ 7:00 am for our trip. Our first stop was our new Worcester office which moved to the 16thfloor the week before. The conference rooms were much larger and more of them than the offices on the 18th floor, and the view was gorgeous. Anything the Attorney’s needed was there including our space for the new Lawyer’s Conference Centers. Then to the Providence office, which is right on the water, with large conference rooms and the VTC rooms were much larger than before. We can now accomodate all the depositions that we have requests for. Finally we went to the Boston office, WOW I don’t know what to say, it is such an elegant office and each conference room is even better than the next. Each of the offices is in the perfect location, with hotels and many attractions and restaurants for the Attorney’s and their clients.
